Cleveland Browns linebacker Kamerion Wimbley has been fined $7,500 for a roughing the passer hit on Chicago quarterback Jay Cutler in Sunday s game. Wimbley hit Cutler high, near the helmet area, after an incomplete pass midway through the second quarter of the Bears 30-6 victory at Soldier Field. It came on third down and the call by referee Alberto Riveron extended what turned out to be the Bears first touchdown drive.
