But it turns out that there may be some ideas from the Indians to do this. ESPN's Buster Olney broke the news that the Indians are working on Alomar for their staff, and Hoynes says it might be in a catching instructor/bullpen coach role. Which would be a slight upgrade to his catching instructor/bullpen catcher role. However New York has made changes on their staff and could easily promote him to keep him around. ...
