Billy Packer is out and Clark Kellogg is in for college basketball's marquee event the Final Four. CBS, the network that carries the NCAA College Basketball Tournament, announced that Packer's 27 year run as the networks top analyst and Kellogg would replace him.

Today on Mike and Mike, the slim Mike was reading a story from the Miami Herald saying that CBS will be replacing Billy "Fudge" Packer with studio analyst Clark Kellogg as their lead basketball analyst during game broadcasts! After 27 years behind a microphone as the lead college basketball analyst for CBS, Billy Packer has been released to make way for Clark Kellogg.
I do not like the choice by CBS at all, wrote about it as well. So, while I wasn't a fan of Packer, I am not a fan of the solution.
