THURSDAY MORNING ONE-LINERS
Published 5/15/2008 by Michael David Smith at ProFootballTalk.com
Said Cowboys owner Jerry Jones of RB Marion Barber’s contract situation, “I don’t see that it will have a negative impact in his playing this year.” The Cowboys have added a couple of journeyman offensive linemen . Giants DE Michael Strahan hasn’t made any decisions about retirement. The Eagles have signed three rookie free agents . Arlen Specter didn’t ask the question Eagles fans wanted answered. The Saints signed former LSU offensive lineman Carnell Stewart. The Jets say they have an open competition at quarterback, but they would prefer to see Kellen Clemens beat out Chad Pennington. I mentioned earlier that missing OTAs is hardly a reason to declare the upcoming season doomed. And unlike the Cowboys' Marion Barber, who wants more money, Winslow is rehabbing a knee injury ...

"Voluntary does not mean mandatory!"), specifically as they relate to Winslow: Got that? Winslow is training with a very fine ... trainer. ...
