The Browns don’t have a “Days Without A Staph Infection Counter” on their official web site.  If they did, it would be re-set to zero. Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that receiver Joe Jurevicius suffered a staph infection  two weeks after undergoing knee surgery in January.  An unnamed source tells Cabot that, given the lag between the surgery and the development of the infection, Jurevicius “could’ve picked it up anywhere.” He reportedly is recovering well, and he is expected to participate in offseason workouts.
