LeBron James Responds to 'Soulja Boy' DeShawn Stevenson

LeBron James Responds to ’Soulja Boy’ DeShawn Stevenson My Very Quick Take: The wait is over. LeBron James has officially responded to DeShawn Stevenson calling him overrated after Cleveland lost to Washington last Thursday. All weekend, I was dying for James to hit back publicly. My readers were too. Well, today, the King said his piece to Branson Wright, a reporter with the Cleveland Plains Dealer ...

You just knew that it was only a matter of time before reporters wrangled a reaction out of LeBron James following DeShawn Stevenson’s diss last week.
Naturally, James compared himself to Jay-Z - Dude, we get it already: You’re friends with the guy. It’s been noted - and referred to Stevenson as someone who I’m not entirely sure should even be considered a musician to begin with:

And while it’s good to see LeBron laughing off DeShawn Stevenson’s comments from last week, I think he could have come up with a better reference than this - you know he was sitting on that one for a while. The ...
Wizards vs. Cavaliers: A History of Talking Trash
Published 4/18/2008 by Truth About It at Truth About It - Washington Wizards Blog
We all know what transpired the last time the Washington Wizards and Cleveland Cavaliers really faced each other in the playoffs on May 5th of 2006. LeBron James talked trash to Gilbert Arenas before two crucial free-throws. Gilbert missed both. Damon Jones hit a deuce with four seconds left and the rest is history. Cleveland won 114-113 that night and took a very hard fought series in six games. Leaving the Verizon Center, my buddy Chris and I had only one choice: drink our troubles away in Chinatown with a boatload of scotch. Even last year when the Cavs swept the Wizards without Gilbert Arenas and Caron Butler in the playoffs, ...
