Cleveland is a team that made it to ALCS last year so they're not in a full blown rebuilding situation, this will be considered an off year due to injuries and slumping players. The Indians will more then likely limit their trades to veteran players for re-stocking and unless blown away by a trade proposal they will keep their young core players, which is perfect for the Mets who don't have a lot to offer. First of all Omar and Shapiro are said to be good friends who speak frequently. ...
