Ball Don't Lie — Yes, I got the link from the comments page of a blog post that says some really nice things about me, but I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't in this situation. And if I don't, you don't get to see the "Make your own Sam [Mitchell]" thread. So, damn it, I'm posting this thing. The Toronto Raptors coach is easily one of the more entertaining sideline stalkers the league has seen over the last few years, and yet, he might be the third-craziest coach in Raptors history.
