BCS Realpolitik: Unlike Michigan, the computers are not impressed by Penn State
Dr. Saturday —
In a perfect world, the Doc would be given carte blanche to publicly torch the Bowl Championship Series in effigy and institute the elaborate, double-elimination battle royale of his dreams. But we live in the world we live in, so each Sunday the Doc looks at what the new BCS numbers mean for the rest of the season. Rooting interest: chaos. Always chaos. ...
BC enters the polls and other links
Eagle in Atlanta -- atleagle.com —
BC debuted in the AP Poll at 23. They are just on the outside of the Coaches' Poll. Sad end to Brian Toal's BC career. If he gets healthy by the combine, I still think he could be drafted. HD is moving us up in her Power Rankings. Two Atlanta area prospects had different takes on their recruiting visit. Drew Little seemed excited about the experience. Joel Kight seemed to notice the weather. Georgia LB Jonathan Davis still plans on visiting BC.

dawgsports.com 10/14/2008 — Now that the BlogPoll has gone big-time, our draft ballots are due earlier, so the need for feedback has intensified, as we have 48 hours within which to reconsider, make revisions, and, with any luck, avoid getting singled out as the single daffiest ...

How Did Dan Hawkins Vote in the Final Coaches Poll?
ralphiereport.com 12/9/2008 — I think it is funny to look at this stuff. I had to pick three others who I thought were funny as well but there are plenty more. I have concluded that Tyrone Willingham wants a job at Missouri, Gary Pinkel's house got robbed by the Mountain West and WAC, Rick Nueheisel really voted USC ahead ...
