BY STEVEN KRASNER Journal Sports Writer BOSTON -- Bartolo Colon, on the disabled list because of a strained oblique muscle, has been told to back off his throwing. Manager Terry Francona said Colon has been experiencing discomfort in his throwing session on flat ground from 120-130 feet.
