The Indy Football Report — ... is reporting. Vinatieri, in his 14th NFL season and fourth with the Colts, underwent offseason hip and knee surgery. He spent training camp and the first three games of the preseason on the Physically Unable to Perform list. According to IFR’s friends at Stampede Blue , Adam Schefter of ESPN said Monday night the Colts are having Vinatier’s knee re-examined.
