A report released by ESPN this afternoon says that Specialty Distribution Systems, which was fined $10.5 million and agreed to cooperate with federal investigators, admitted to supplying HGH to a “well-known” athlete in Massachusetts and an “entertainer/athlete” who was listed at 6’5” and 276 lbs. In this day-and-age, the moniker “entertainer/athlete” is usually associated with professional wrestlers, as the business of pro wrestling is dubbed “sports entertainment”. With this in mind, The Power Alley would like to speculate who that person could be, considering the aforementioned height and weight. ...

... Nothing brightens up a Friday morning better than a hot cup of coffee, the morning paper, and a story on ESPN about a company fined over HGH distribution. Sweet. George Mitchell again has reason to live. And there I thought he’d string himself up in his closet, what with the lack of steroid news for, oh, a week and a half. ...

Who Done It?

... As I’m sure most people have already heard, a “well-known” Boston-area athlete has been caught purchasing HGH. This obviously doesn’t narrow the witch hunt as much as most would like, luckily, you have us to turn to for clarity. Now, there are some big names that people quickly throw out because, basically, “Boston Sucks!!!,” but many can quickly be discarded. Clearly, Big Papi shouldn’t even be considered because he’s fat, if this were Human Growth-stunting Hormone we might have a winner. It also can’t be Manny Ramirez; he is far to dumb to use this stuff; his ass would be bloody at the plate if he tried to inject himself. Dice-K couldn’t possibly be on the stuff, he’s Japanese. Using performance enhancers would shame his family irreparably; he’s be forced to off himself to save their name … he wouldn’t purely for self-preservation purp ...

276 lbs? Why is everyone looking at Big Papi? He's listed at 230... only 5 lbs heavier than ARod (hahaha)
