The All-Mitchell Report Teams

Since the release of The Mitchell Report earlier today, several stories have mentioned that you could "create an All-Star team from the names on the list". I decided to give it a shot. I found that you could create not just one but two RBI Baseball style rosters based on the names released today: one for Current Players and one for Former Players. And they'd be pretty decent, too.

I Really Don't Want to Talk About It
The Mitchell Report...sigh. Everybody has an opinion. All I really want to say is: -Naming names was a mistake, insomuch as the list is not exhasutive, therefore only a few of the guilty have to answer while several of the guilty do not. Mitchell wrote that the list was not complete and more research would reveal more names, but that doesn't help Clemens or Bonds. They are, in essence, fucked,
Mitchell Report
Well the the report that was supposed to drop the bomb on MLB was released yesterday. The over hyped Mitchell Report was released and uncovered 80 names. I am personally trying to figure out what they have been doing for the past twenty months, and how they spent twenty million dollars. Honestly there were no bombshells on the list and they really did not outline any ways to stop the use ...
The Names
From what I’ve read, heard and watched about the Mitchell Report, one thing seems clear: the reaction is boiling down to the names. The easiest story for the media is “the list” — the 85 major league players and a small handful of execs, mostly from our two local teams, fingered by a small circle of sources the Mitchell Gang was able to shake by the scruff of ...
A Correction, and Wrigley Field's Future
Yesterday, I posted what I believed to be an accurate list of players who had been implicated in PED use in the Mitchell Report. Mitchell Report a mixed bag
We’ve read through the Mitchell Report, listened to and watched wall-to-wall coverage today and formed several opinions about what Sen. George Mitchell and his crew found. What did we actually learn? Releasing Names Is Something Baseball Had to Do
For the first time today, I've been able to get myself to a TV and see what other people are saying about the release of the Mitchell Report . I've read a lot of stuff today, but there's nothing I've read that I disagree with ...

The Mitchell Report
Heroes and knaves. All-Stars and also-rans. The Mitchell report named names and pointed enough fingers at just about everyone in baseball when laying blame for the steroid cloud that has hung over the game for more than a decade now. Runnin' with the Report
As mentioned earlier the Mitchell Report came out today, live on the radio and presumably TV as well. The list of involved parties is long, and a good majority of them come from the testimony of Kirk Radomski as part of a pleas bargain. Now this list is a lot of hearsay and the physical evidence is not amounting a lot. Many of the players were pointed out in the report due to checks (Radomski
Players Named In Mitchell Report - Most Surprising? Not Lenny Dykstra

The Mitchell Report
Read it here . It's over 400 pages, so you may want to make a cup of tea first. A quick scan doesn't reveal any nice clean list or appendix of named of players, so we're going to have to, you know, actually read the thing to get the names. Off Topic: The Mitchell Report Open Thread
I know we have had baseball discussions here from time to time, so I thought there would be some interest in talking about the Mitchell Report and the names it contains.
