    As I covered yesterday, and will get through an interview with a key member of the certification company for nutritional supplements for MLB, this issue is one where Romero decided to take a substance that he could have called an 800 about, or passed on it entirely by it not being on MLB's "safe list". Romero, plainly put, was negligent. No one to blame, but himself.
