Yesterday, Congressional inquiry into doping in baseball veered down the TUE path.  Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUE)  give athletes with medical diagnoses, and exemption to use a drug on the MLB banned list. The issue here was the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD.  Docs treat ADHD with 'stimulants' although I object to that name, like methylphenidate (Ritalin) and Adderall ...
