Could Joe Horn Be a WR the Cowboys Are Looking At?
The Cowboys are continuing to check the market for pass catchers, and one receiver that they may some interest in is Falcons WR Joe Horn, who is not happy with the Falcons. NFL Network’s Adam Schefter threw out the report that the team is keeping an eye on the situation with Horn and the Falcons. Schefter says Horn has become “plan 1A” for Dallas if Terry Glenn ... Dallas Cowboys: Class of the NFC East
Published 6/27/2008 by Tuna Helper at Blogging The Boys: Front Page Posts
... Ok. Unsubstantiated rumor time. Would the ‘Boys give Joe Horn a look? Particularly with the current situation involving Terry Glenn? I’d pass. But that’s just me. I did love the cell phone bit though I must admit. Again this is not news but just a theory posited in the rumor section of Cowboysgab.com. But I think it’s worth a look. I’ve certainly thought about it. But we don’t need an old receiver with baggage. We already have one of those. But he’s fast and strong. I’ll take him over Horn. Shoot I’ll take Austin and Hurd ...

Uncertain of how their situation with receiver Terry Glenn will work out, the Dallas Cowboys have penciled in Joe Horn’s name to the roster should Glenn be unavailable, or unwanted. HORN JUMPING TO DALLAS?
As the Cowboys are still at impasee with receiver Terry Glenn regarding whether the veteran with the rickety knee will agree to accept a significant pay cut if said knee implodes, their backup plan could be to swing a deal for disgruntled Falcons receiver Joe Horn, according to Adam Schefter of NFL Network. Horn has made it clear [...]
Joe Horn Hasn't Heard From Cowboys, but Would Love Chance to Play With T.O.
Joe Horn 's cell phone won't ring, which is weird given that's sorta his shtick (although, to be fair, I don't really think he was making a call during that touchdown celebration). Recent speculation had the Cowboys interested in trading for the current Falcons wideout, but Jerry Jones shot down those rumors, and Horn pretty much agreed to as much during an interview with ESPN radio. He ...
HORN THINKS HE’S HARD TO TRADE
Falcons wide receiver Joe Horn would like to leave Atlanta for a playoff contender and/or a team that envisions him as a starter. But he also understands that there may not be much of a market for his services. “Asking for a draft pick for a 36-year-old at my salary is kind of hard,” Horn said today [...]
Joe Horn: Is He The Answer?
I will state this up front...Joe Horn is not the answer for the Cowboys' veteran wide receiver. Now, why would the Cowboys even consider bringing him in? It can't that they think he would be better than Glenn? Joe Horn is constantly injured. So, Jerry wants to put an injury waiver on Terry Glenn's contract because of the knee? So, let's bring in someone with more injuries and older than ...
Joe Buck Prefers the Bachelorette to Baseball and Does Not Really Enjoy Calling Games
I knew there was a reason why I have always been so down on Joe Buck , and now, after hearing him talk to Colin Cowherd today (via Awful Announcing ), I no longer have to blame it on: "works and apparently enjoys the company of Tim McCarver ." As you will hear on the following clip, Joe got on the horn with The Herd and basically said that he does not even really pay attention to the games he ...

Cowboys don’t want veteran WR Horn anymore than Falcons do
OK, this much we know for sure: Falcons wide receiver Joe Horn has asked the team to trade him. This much we don’t know: Does anyone want him? Reportedly, the Dallas Cowboys were considering sending a late-round draft pick to Atlanta for Horn as Dallas is still dealing with the Terry Glenn issue. However, Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff said that’s not true. “I’ve made no ...
Cowboys interetsed in Joe Horn?
There were internet reports all weekend that the Cowboys were interested in Joe Horn , the wideout from the Atlanta Falcons . While the team might have discussed Horn internally, nobody has reached out to Atlanta or to Horn's agent about acquiring him. And yes, Jerry Jones did say the talks with Terry Glenn probably ends any discussion for a veteran wide receiver. Jones was even asked about ...
Will Trade Joe Horn For Food
Remember those halcyon days when we thought Joe Horn would be traded to the Cowboys for a late round selection? Why, back then, gas was $3.99 a gallon, George Bush was president, and young people blogged about their favorite sporting squads because they felt like it. What? You say that was last Friday? Well, surely people are still interested in Joe Horn. Oh, you say they're not.  ...
Not a Horn of Plenty
From my local paper, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution: Despite veteran wide receiver Joe Horn wanting to be traded, Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff said there is nothing doing on that front. Horn's agent has been cleared to gauge interest in Horn with other teams but, as of now, there are no takers. The Dallas Cowboys, who could be in need of a veteran wide receiver ...

Cowboys looking to acquire... everyone
ESPN is reporting that Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is interested in trading for WR Joe Horn of the Atlanta Falcons. Terry Glenn Was Just Kidding About Not Signing That Injury Waiver
Yesterday, the word on the street was that the Cowboys might be interested Falcons' wideout Joe Horn . One of the story lines this offseason has been about Dallas finding a legit No. 2 receiver opposite Terrell Owens (might I suggest this guy ), although I'm not sure how Horn, all 36 years of him, would upgrade the position. Jerry Jones agrees, evidently; talking to ESPN, the Cowboys owner ...
The Joe Horn rumor
It’s always nice to have a Dallas Cowboys rumor floating around. The rumor du jour is the Cowboys are having an internal debate about acquiring the services of Atlanta WR Joe Horn.
