Neil Best says informed speculation but worthy nonetheless. My 2 cents--longtime listeners
to Mike and the Mad Dog know that Mike has had a good relationship with
Jim Dolan for a long time. As hideous as Dolan is, Francesa has refrained from ever killing
the guy. ...
