Could we see a white Dome and not an Orange one?

Before I write this blog let me say that the inspiration from it is because I read "The Dome could be very white on September 13th" by the "Three Idiots on Sports" blog. It talks about the day when a once yearly foe, Penn State, will come into the Carrier Dome for the first time in close to two decades. [link]

I remember a long time ago a coach yelling onto the field to his offense "seize the opportunity". The game was close, and if the team could go down the field and score they would probably win the game. It was so long ago that I don't remember if the team did in fact "seize the opportunity", but that phrase always stuck in my mind for some reason.

I know that this is a Syracuse blog, but those that know me pretty well know that I am one of those that does like ESPN and also one that has always been behind the Jimmy V Foundation. Reading around about Syracuse I stumbled upon an article that talked about a player that was high on the SU program. Glenn Bryant, a 6'7" 190 lbs. power forward, who currently attends Oak Hill Academy said that he liked Syracuse because of their run and gun style and because they play zone defense.
