Showing that a checkered past will be overlooked for talent, the Dallas Cowboys are reportedly increasing their offer to the Tennessee Titans for Adam “Pacman” Jones. The Cowboys were offering a 7 th round pick in exchange for the former star cornerback, but that, apparently isn’t enough.
