Free agency is well under way and the “major” signings have come and gone. Many (including Cowboys’ fans) would say the Cowboys have done little. But I beg to differ. They wrapped up Tony Romo (a potential unrestricted free agent) during the season, franchised Ken Hamlin, tendered Marion Barber and Chris Canty, and resigned Flozell Adams.Those are only some of the moves they’ve made.
