Cowboys: T.O. out, Glenn in
Terrell Owens is a no go this week, but the Cowboys expect to use a thirtysomething receiver against the Redskins. The goal is for Terry Glenn, who has had two arthroscopic knee surgeries since the start of training camp, to make his season debut. How do the Cowboys plan to use Glenn? "As a wide receiver," Wade Phillips said, pausing for courtesy laughter from reporters.
