Hard Knocks , the weekly documentary show that follows an NFL team through training camp, will focus this year on the Dallas Cowboys , CBS 11 in Dallas is reporting. The show will apparently continue to be produced by NFL Films and shown on HBO. Hard Knocks began in 2001, focusing on the Baltimore Ravens’ training camp and then focused on the Cowboys the following year. In 2007 it followed the Kansas City Chiefs’ camp.
