The Nevada Interscholastic Athletics Association is looking into the matter as well, and executive director Eddie Bonine told the Gazette-Journal, "It could be that someone was impersonating those schools." Unfortunately things remain unclear because law enforcement isn't talking, the NCAA prohibits schools from speaking about recruits and his coach can only elaborate so much on what happened. Reports indicated that Hart's so called recruiter was named Kevin Riley. Isn't that the name of a certain Cal quarterback who ruined Cal's season with a last minute scramble versus Oregon State but then saved Cal's season at the Armed Forces bowl? That Kevin Hart story you read about yesterday ? Well apparently it was all a one man show, written, produced and performed by Kevin Hart. Last we heard about this Kevin Hart story was that he choose Cal over Oregon without ever being offered a scholarship, Kevin never even visited or talk to coaches at any of his schools.
