Generally speaking, it's a good thing not to be the story, and heading into tonight's tussle with the Mavs, the Lakers really aren't the headline chewing monster of this pairing. Instead, it's Dallas, with an inspirational Dirk back on the floor , who is hoping to show the 111-86 pasting they laid on the Warriors Wednesday night in Big D was no fluke.
