... he's thrown around the last two weeks regarding the Dallas Stars is "safe is death." Meaning, no matter what edge the Stars think they have, it is best to play as if it was your last game of the year. This is poignant to the Stars since in two straight series (Ducks, Sharks) they have won game 1 on the road. The old adage of winning one on the road is safe.
