Not good news on Levance Fields. Pittsburgh guard Levance Fields suffered a broken left foot in Saturday’s loss to Dayton and will be out 8-12 weeks, which could end his regular season. From Bad to Worse
Raise the Jolly Roger — Bad news emerged Sunday: Levance Fields broke his foot Saturday vs. Dayton and will miss 8-12 weeks. His regular season is likely over. This Pitt team, which showed great promise just a week ago, is in deep trouble. Fields is a valuable player and the team now lacks a point guard. The story is on ESPN.com and again, I'll refer you to Pitt Blather for some exra wisdom. Hopefully Fields can recover in time for the postseason.
