No one can be more disappointed than Mike Shanahan, who is not known for giving too many chances. Just ask Tatum Bell or George Foster. As far as compensation goes, his ethic will loom large for any team that wants to acquire him. However, if there’s one thing that Shahanan and the front office is good at, it’s determined at getting good value for players fallen out of favor. Again, look at Bell and Foster, or Jake Plummer or Ashley Lelie.
