Bad Ending For A Great Season

The better team won. That sentence stands alone because it's a simple fact. The 59 wins weren't a fluke. It's frustrating because for three and a half games the Sixers' heart, desire, hustle and team play overcame the vast chasm of talent, but it didn't last, I guess it couldn't. My hat goes off to the Pistons, when their backs were to the wall they did exactly what they had to and executed mercilessly. NBA Playoff Triple Threat: Detroit Advances In Dominating Performance

... of the Playoffs scoring 24 point, 13 in the 1st quarter when he out scored Philadelphia by himself. Chauncey Billups added 20 points, as the Pistons won the 1st quarter by 18 points and never looked back. Rasheed Wallace had only 6 points but he gave us a great Duncan Face. Meanwhile, the young 76er's can use this playoff experience as a spring board to another playoff appearance next season with a better seed.
