In an e-mail last August, Sonics owner Clay Bennett told fellow owner Aubrey McClendon that NBA executive Joel Litvin was "looking into certain documents we signed at closing that may have been breached." I am sorry but maybe I am getting too soft in recent comments. This just does not jive.
