Forget The Presidency, Digger Phelps Needs To Be On Dancing With The Stars
Published 3/3/2008 by Awful Announcing- at Awful Announcing
This video seems a bit too long at first but you have to stick around until the end when Digger throws the "come hither" finger motion at this KU cheerleader.... Not bad at all Digger. Was that the Lindy Hop or the Charleston? Digger Phelps is a Dancing Machine (The Big Lead)

Digger Phelps Is Ready for the Big Dance
Published 3/3/2008 by Josh Alper at FanHouse
Filed under: Kansas Basketball, NCAA Basketball Video From The Big Lead comes this video of ESPN announcer Digger Phelps breaking it down with a Kansas cheerleader. Although I'm sure we're all in agreement that Erin Andrews is the announcer we'd most like to see boogieing to Bon Jovi, Digger's not bad. He's like the old guy who becomes the talk of the wedding because of the moves he busted out during a twirl with a bridesmaid. Sadly, he hasn't become the talk of the KU Cheerleading blog which ...

That HGH Therapy Has Dig Feeling Like A New Man

... in recent days after his supposed blow up on-set about the reax of IU players to Kelvin Sampson getting the sack. We didn’t think what he did or said was all that bad. More importantly, thanks to a video of Phelps and a KU cheerleader at last Saturday’s Jayhawks-Kansas State game from THE BIG LEAD , we now have clear evidence that Phelps still has a goodly amount of testosterone coarsing through his plaque-ravaged veins (HGH spray therapy?). Either that or it’s the pregame minis of Cutty.

Dirty Digger

I severely miscalculated the mesmerizing powers of Digger Phelps' highlighter/tie combo. This Jayhawk cheerpooner obviously fell victim to its clever color coordination hypnosis. HT: Awful Announcing/ The Big Lead

My Love For Digger Phelps Grows Stronger
Published 3/3/2008 at The Sporting Blog
Dancing with the KU cheerleaders > Dancing With the Stars: There are so many great moves from Digger here, but I'd have to say my favorite is the "come here" thing he does with his fingers at the 22-second mark. Creepy? Maybe. But when you're a 66 year-old man, just about anything you do with an 18 year-old girl is gonna come off that way. Also, for the girl, the 80's called, they want their dance moves back. > Digger Phelps Is a Dancing Machine | The Big Lead

So, Digger Phelps Thinks He Can Dance
Published 3/4/2008 by Anthony Hall at MVN Outsider
... “come here” motion with his hands gave me the creeps. The part of the video that had me laughing was the obvious discomfort the unfortunate cheerleader was feeling…it was funny to see how she kept trying to avoid contact with Digger, quickly backing away from him whenever he was approaching her. On a side note, pep bands are still playing “Livin’ on a Prayer?” Dude, that song’s, like, really old. Hat tip: The Big Lead
