Divisional Weekend Expert Picks
We here at Sports of Boston like to refer to ourselves as experts, so we have made our picks for this weekend’s NFL Divisional playoff games. So far in the NFL playoffs, four of us got all the picks right as all the favorites won. Dev, having gone 1-3 in the Wildcard round, would need to get the rest of the picks right to compete.

V . Seattle @ Green Bay, 3:30 PM central time on Fox. V . Jaguars @ Patriots, 7 PM central time on CBS. Man, don't you just love football on Saturdays? Even if the Chiefs aren't playing, the divisional round of the NFL playoffs is up there with the best time of the year in sports. I'm not one of those crazy bandwagoneers who is going to picks the Jags. New England will win ...
BIG ONES: NFL Divisional Playoff PicksThe Sedge Court Journal Football and Basketball Pick Sheet
Greetings, My picks this weekend are going to be HUGE!!!!!!! But first let me see congrats to the leaders of the competition, Enzo, Aldawg, Dilly, and Joe Casciato. May the best prognosticator win. Now, let me say this. I have internaly battled the idea of making some large 1000pt picks this season but have decided to resist' even though I knew it would mean a certain loss in the ...
NFL divisional playoff picksBleacher Report
I was a little late for the Wildcard picks but to inform readers, I went 2 for 4 last week.   I correctly picked the Seattle Seahawks at Qwest, and the Jaguars on the road.   I was wrong on both Sunday games picking the major underdogs the Titans and the home favorites the Buccaneers.   This week we have for more game to go, and is it just me, but it is getting a little sad. ...

Divisional Weekend Picks – Seattle at Green Bay (-7.5) – The last time the Seahawks visited Green Bay in the playoffs, Matt Hasselbeck guaranteed a score after winning the coin toss in overtime. Instead, Hasselbeck threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown. The Seahawks have far more playoff experience than the Packers this time around, which should be to their favor. The ...

Well, went 3-1 for the Wild Card Weekend, with Seattle being the only team that kept me from being perfect. J-Ville did not show me an awful lot last week, against a banged up and bruised Pittsburgh Steelers team. Eli, did take the step I expected him to take, and Garcia self destructed as I also predicted. Norv Turner is all excited in San Diego, that will end this weekend as his ...
Divisional Playoff Weekend: Picks for the "other" games...Big Cat Country
Believe it or not, there are other games going on this weekend.  Of course, I'd like to refuse their existance, but I wouldn't be a blogger if I didn't attempt to offer some sort of opinion about the rest of the NFL.  With that said, I picked 3 out of 4 games correctly last weekend, failing only because I thought that the Giants were bogus.  I was wrong, and I'll admit it. ...
NFL Playoff Picks: Divisional RoundBleacher Report
Now it gets interesting.  The big boys join the playoff party this week, as the Patriots, Colts, Packers, and Cowboys are all in action after first round byes.   New England takes the first 16-0 record in league history up against a Jacksonville team that has the running game to limit Tom Brady's touches. Now that the playoff monkey is off San Diego's back, can the Chargers upset ...

Liver’s 2008 NFL Playoff Picks: Divisional RoundBleacher Report
This is bar none, or in my case, bar full, the BEST weekend of the playoffs. All four games should be entertaining through the fourth quarter—at least. Strange how history says that at least one or two teams will get drilled here. In any event, the beer and whiskey will be flowing...and all will be right with the world. I'll be tailgating at Texas Stadium at noon and trying to nail ...

Site Editor Matt Loede’s NFL Picks for the Divisional Playoff GamesNFL Gridiron Gab
Went with the home teams last week which in the end was a big mistake, but we move on now to the divisional games and usually those heavily favor the home teams. There are also some big lines in each game this weekend, so we’ll have to see how that factors into picks. Here are my picks for the four matchups on Saturday and Sunday. NFC Divisional Game: Seattle at Green Bay (-8) ...
Linced Up: Divisional Round Playoff EditionInside the Iggles | A Philadelphia Eagles Blog
I hate watching the playoffs without the Iggles. It brings the excitement level from a ten down to a two. Last week I went 3-1 with my playoff predictions, and now I will strive for perfection. Here are this weekends picks: Giants 28 Cowboys 17 Chargers 20 Colts 27 Jaguars 14 Patriots 23 Seahawks 13 Packers 21 Here are some lincs [...]
Ill-Advised NFL Divisional Playoff Picks.Signal to Noise
Went 3-1 last week, hope to keep that up. Don’t know what I’ll be live-blogging at Awful Announcing this weekend, but something will go on. Seattle @ Green Bay - With few exceptions, most of the divisional round games are friendly to the home teams. There’s a reason why teams fight hard doing the season to get a 1 or 2 slot (along with the bye week.) Essentially, these ...
