Left-hander David Wells, released earlier this month by the San Diego Padres, reached a tentative contract agreement with the Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday.     Enjoy that 44 year old, 74 ERA+ guy.  I'm just glad he didn't resign with the Red Sox.
