After struggling mightily in the Eagles 13-13 tie in Cincinnati last week, Donovan McNabb went a dismal 8-for-18 in the first half of today's game in Baltimore. Apparently, Andy Reid has seen enough, as the Eagles came out in the second half with second-year signal-caller Kevin Kolb.
