Who
is Feinstein, and why should an NBA team draft him? Well, he's a 5'8"
junior out of Washington
University in St. Louis, who happen to be the 2008 Division III National
Champions. So why should an NBA team draft him?
Well, they probably shouldn't. Because he doesn't play basketball.
But that didn't stop him from declaring himself eligible for the NBA Draft.
He wrote a letter to the NBA, declared, and then filled out the necessary
paperwork. That's all it takes. He is in the system and is eligible to be
