Like many of you, I've often joked with friends about applying for entry into the NBA Draft. According to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, there's nothing to stop a 28-year-old, 5'9 lousy sports blogger from doing so:
(i) The player (A) is or will be at least 19 years of age during the calendar year in wich the Draft is held, and (B) [...] at least one (1) NBA Season has elapsed since ...
