J.D. Drew, who hyperextended his left wrist in an unsuccessful attempt to make a diving catch Tuesday night, said he was "encouraged" by how his wrist felt this morning. He said he didn't think he'd need an MRI to see if there's more damage than a simple X-ray would show, and x-rays taken after he suffered the injury were negative.
