More good news out of Houston for the Dynamo and their hope to land a stadium in the downtown area. Texas Southern University expressed interest in playing its home games in the proposed facility which will help boost the likelihood of getting a deal worked out soon.
The Orange and the City of Houston are in the middle of negotiations on the stadium project that would cost an estimated $110 million. That dollar figure includes the land which the city has already purchased for around $15 million.
