I would have to agree with most of these choices. I think Atlanta has a shot at being a big turnaround team too if they can resign their talent though.

     After that Jermaine O'Neal addition I thought you would be at least thinking about the Raps as possibly a contender out east? Ah well Maybe not, I noticed from your sub-title in the story that you might only be considering teams that didn't make the playoffs at all last year.

     Either way, I think the Raps will have a big improvement next year too!

    A team i'd like to see on this list is New York Knicks. Now that Thomas is gone could the Knicks finally turn this thing around. They have enough talent, and a good coach. Maybe this will be their year.
