Edgar Davids has been training with the Galaxy over the past couple days while on vacation in Los Angeles during the offseason. Davids is a personal friend of Galaxy manager Ruud Gullit, and has 74 caps for the Netherlands. The 35 year old midfielder’s contract was not renewed by Ajax and is said to be searching for a club.

Yeah, its pretty random and almost rare to get actual rumor news out of Major League Soccer’s website, but today they posted a story on Dutch star Edgar Davids training at the Home Depot Center with the LA Galaxy.
Yeah, while I wonder about the possibility of an actual move to MLS by Davids, I won’t read into any speculation that he will end up with the Galaxy.
