Orlando Hernandez threw a three inning, 60-pitch simulated game yesterday in Port St. Lucie and reportedly look pretty good. In an effort to prevent pain from a bunion in his right foot, El Duque now incorporates a sleeker, simpler windup and delivery that no longer includes his patented leg kick.
