Good thing MVN doesn't just vote for their own articles.

Ok, Atma...join the MVN group and your submissions will get more votes!  That's where most of us look (in member activity).  Glad you noticed though and I'll be sure to look for you.  You can change your negative vote to positive now, if that is indeed you.  We're trying to get everybody involved and then we'll branch out and join the fray as well.  Keep up the good work over at GSoM.

Voting for stories because they happen to have been submitted by someone in your network, group, or clan violates the spirit of this site.  (It's also a waste of time for the most part--we have mechanisms to detect pattern voting.)

Vote for what you like, regardless of the source.

Thanks for the reply Jason.  I've forwarded this to my peers for review.  We're working on how to utilize Ballhype and branch out.  We certainly do not intend to jettison the blogging community.

By: Holly MacKenzie 11 games on the NBA schedule tonight. That is wonderful news for me as a fan; I am a little weary of having to recap them all tonight. I feel like I am still on vacation time. I am, but the big nights on the schedule like this one are tough to pull out when you have friends and family around for Christmas vacation. Mike Miller’s hair is really, really bad. I could say a ...

The Hard Way (Warriors 105, Wolves 101)
The Warriors are winning basketball games. That makes me happy. The way that they’re doing it, however, has me more than a little worried. Whether they’re simply playing down to competition or not good enough to put away the NBA’s worst, the Ws had their hands full at home Wednesday night against the Wolves. They [...]
Ellis Scores Career high 35, Warriors Hold Back Timberwolves 105-101
Golden State Warrior guard Monta Ellis, despite getting fouled hard late in the fourth quarter, proved he was tough as nails; his late free throws proved vital, as the Warriors managed to hold back the Minnesota Timberwolves 105-101 at Oracle Arena Wednesday night. The Warriors, as you’d expect, played uptempo basketball from the start in order ...
Holiday Rush (Warriors 105, Cavs 96)
The long NBA season is full of ups and downs. The best teams are able to moderate their highs and lows, leading to steady performances almost every night. The Warriors aren’t quite to that level yet, as recent losses to Detroit and New Jersey showed. But just because the Warriors haven’t made a leap to [...]
