So it looks like Mike D’Antoni is going to be next coach of the Bulls, huh? Sweet. But now comes the biggest hurdle: Paxson has to turn this roster into something D’Antoni can use. Which is why we can expect limited if any action from the Lakers on the open market that starts tonight. With Posey Gone, Who’s Left For The Cavs? If there’s one move that you could applaud Danny Ferry for not making, it would be not overpaying for James Posey. Ferry and the Cavaliers did the right thing by letting Posey go to the New Orleans Hornets. Sure they could have upped their offer from three years (full MLE) to four years, but that would have been silly.
