has declined an offer from the Tennessee Titans and has decided to retire. The wide receiver, who also expected to receive an offer from the Oakland Raiders , is expected to announce his decision at a Wednesday afternoon news conference at his alma mater of USC, his agent, Jerome Stanley, told ESPN.com's John Clayton. Michael Smith of ESPN is reporting that Keyshawn has decided to retire.   (Of course Michael Smith also said during the draft coverage that some people thought Brady Quinn was only getting all the attention because his name is Brady?!?) He apparently did receive an offer from the Titans and turned it down.  Keyshawn is expected to pursue a career in TV.

... whether or not the Titans should sign Keyshawn Johnson. It really doesn't matter now that Keyshawn announced retirement pursuing TV career -- likely at ESPN. I thought he did a fine job during the draft coverage.
