With Chien-Ming Wang still a few weeks away from returning to the team, the Bronx Bombers must deal with two more starters on the DL. Veterans Mike Mussina and Carl Pavano were both placed on the DL. Carl Pavano injured? Unheard of.

Two more starters joined the injured list as Mike Mussina and Carl Pavano were both placed on the 15-day DL. Mussina's injury doesn't seem to be that serious and the team looks like it's taking precautionary measures. Pavano is a different story. Who knows with that guy? The Yanks called up righty Chris Britton to add bullpen depth and may call upon Double-A lefty

... In other exciting Yankees news, Mike Mussiana and Carl "Americn Idle" Pavano are heading to the DL. At this point, the Yankees might ask Domgino John come out of retirement and pitch.
