FanIQ Blog — ... Spurs win 4th title in 7 years You may not like the Spurs (and most don't), but you have to give them their props after they defeated the Cavs 83-82 to sweep their way to title #4. They did it despite getting just 12 points from Duncan. For that, the Spurs can thank Finals MVP Tony Parker (24 points) and FBS (27 points, including 13 in the fourth, and clutchness from three and the foul line). For a few minutes, it looked like the Cavs might get that mercy win, leading for the first time in the second half. However, thanks to an FBS three, some big putbacks from Oberto, and clutch foul shooting at the end, San Antonio was able to hold on.
