HOUSTON -- The Golden State Warriors hit all the items of their checklist and got a little bonus to beat the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night. Jason Richardson scored 27 points, including seven 3-pointers, and the Warriors took advantage of Tracy McGrady 's absence to beat the Rockets 110-99. ... Warriors crush Rockets as T-Mac's back flares up Houston could be a darkhorse in the playoffs, but it's imperative that both Yao and T-Mac are fully healthy. Now is not the time for McGrady's back problems to resurface. but that's what happened last night, when McGrady left the game with a stiff back. Without him, and with Yao struggling, Golden State defeated the Rockets 110-99. Jason Richardson again got hot from downtown, hitting seven threes as part of his 27 points. Obviously, this is a huge win for the Warriors, as they try to pass the Clippers and make the playoffs.
