Good news for web surfers who are soccer fans. Next summer's Euro 2008 will be the first major international tournament to be broadcast in its entirety over the Internet . ... from whistle to whistle. It’s not free. It never is. But it will be relatively cheap, costing £1.50 per game (about $3.) Not too bad if it removes that terrible feeling in your stomach when you know you’re missing a game and wish you weren’t, and the quality will surely be better than the pixelly pirate versions. But World Cup Blog cannot condone watching Euro 2008 while you’re at work, unless it’s a really close game. via EPL Talk
