For those who believe Brett Favre is not permanently retired, you have another doubter to add to your ranks - Peyton Manning. The Colts QB - who usually sends congratulatory letters to recent NFL retirees - hasn't sent one to the ex-Packers QB. Doesn't he like him? No, it's just that Peyton doesn't think Brett is fully done with the NFL.
