Published 7/4/2008 by Mike Florio at ProFootballTalk.com
The St. Louis Rams reportedly have signed receiver Keenan Burton , the team’s fourth-round pick in the 2008 draft. Per the AP , it’s a three-year deal.  Burton, who played for Kentucky, says that he believes the deal to have a total value in excess of $1 million. Signing a three-year contract instead of the maximum four-year deal means that Burton will be eligible for restricted free agency in 2011.
