Former BodogFight welterweight champion Eddie Alvarez (11-3), a hard-hitting 23-year-old who’s finished 10 of his 11 career victories via strikes, has signed a three-fight deal with EliteXC and will battle Ross Ebanez (16-5) in the organization’s Jan. 25 “ShoXC” main event in Atlantic City, N.J.
